BCBS Insurance, easy going work environment, friendly co-workers, fast paced environment

Cons

Have to wait a whole year to get any type of sick leave or paid vacation, only one who benefits from you being salary is the company (no days off or early leave), only 7 paid holidays, don't get Christmas eve or the day after thanksgiving off
