Pros

The amount of innovation, growth (personal and professional), and market opportunities are the next level with Fetch. If you are looking for a Complimentary Cappuccino Bar go work at Facebook. I've worked for Fetch for over 4 months now and I'm in love with the process. I gave up on drinking Start-Up Kool-Aid years ago and if you can make the cut and get an offer letter I'd highly suggest joining if you are a winner and not a whiner.

Cons

The only con is reading a few of the people that have posted Glassdoor Reviews that are addicted to whining, entitlement issues, and an undiagnosed borderline personality disorder.

Pros

The people who are under the execs and directors are good people - smart, hard working and willing to help each other out. These are the people who are actually doing the brainstorming and execution of the business.

Cons

No transparency and no alignment across the departments even if they preach it to the group on a regular basis. The directors and VPs don't give consistent direction and rate your performance based on how they feel about you and NOT what you've accomplished. There's also a lot of "why didn't you do this" from upper management when they were the ones who specifically said not to do it a couple of months ago. The managers are just not invested in the success of their team members, just the overall number so they can hit their own metrics and keep their jobs, and this has been consistent feedback across many departments like engineering, marketing, product, sales...etc. The CEO has certain biases towards departments/people she likes and are friends with and has misogynistic tendencies towards specific types of women (again consistent feedback from multiple people) which is sad and ironic since she's a successful woman herself and should inspire her workers, not judge them personally.
