It makes me happy to see the professional growth that you have experienced at Fictiv in such a short period of time. We are big on the "growing together" philosophy here. We feel that as leaders it is our job to make our Fictors successful. We are always looking for opportunities to promote from within before hiring externally. In regard to your comment about change, you are right that change is constant around here and Fictiv is a fast paced environment. If something is not working we fix it. We are not afraid to try new things and fail. We celebrate the learnings that we receive when failures happen. We know that change can be stressful for some which is why we recently invested in hiring an experienced Change Management Director. In addition, our People Operations team and Chief of Staff are constantly focused on improving communications and transparency when it comes to changes throughout the organization.
