      - Passionate peers, some of the smartest people Ive ever worked with - The office environment is energetic, people are caring, pet friendly - Leadership is committed to driving values - Culture of working hard, and recognizing people for their contributions - Founders truly care about the mission and the people - its not only about achieving the goals, but also about how we get there - Fun environment - Daily lunches, cool office space, open floor plan, CEO sits with everyone and is very approachable

      -Going through growth pains - grew very quickly last year so we are experiencing some of the natural growing pains

      -Diverse, super smart employees -Very engaged and responsible management team/co-founders -Growing quickly but the management team is working hard to maintain culture and values -Business opportunity and company potential is exciting

      Cons

      Startups are hard work, lots of time and commitment. Fictiv provides a great atmosphere but employees still need to be self-driven and problem solvers.

      Excellent environment to learn about manufacturing. Many of the employees are phenomenal and willing to spend time helping you.

      Cons

      Unrealistic sales targets for the position for the first year. They will dangle these over your head and use them against you to get rid of you.
