Pros
- The office is beautiful, and the lunches are delicious. The overall vibe makes coming to work an enjoyable experience. - The people are very friendly; there's solid camaraderie within and between departments. Nobody is above anybody else. - The work is fascinating. This is a company that works with the most cutting edge companies in the world to help them create cool stuff. Who wouldn't want to work at a place like that?
Cons
- Like any other start up, there are many growing pains. Manufacturing is an incredibly complex industry, and unlike some of their competitors, Fictiv is really shooting for the stars in terms of building out a wide variety of capabilities. So yeah, there are some annoyances you need to deal with. But at the same time, it's clear that there's a destination in mind, and gradual improvements are being made every day to get us there. - It's manufacturing, so you can't expect much in this area. However, there's not a whole lot of diversity. Loooot of white guys.
