      But no policy, process, or company SOP, its person oriented company and threatening management and harrasment to junior's by leadership team..worst behavioural character and adament and dictatorship owned by individuals and orders without using basic common sense and concept..they are the rule makers...not for seniors and experience candidates restrictive future and no job security.
