      Pros

      Creative, brilliant people who work hard everyday towards a common goal! Management is fair, empathetic and exercise an open door policy. Upper management is responsive and always willing to lend their expertise. This is a mature start-up with tons of upside. If you like change, like to sell and want to be compensated well for your efforts..it does not get much better than this!

      Cons

      If you don't stay up to date on product releases or process changes, you will fall behind. We are constantly expanding capabilities and improving processes, if you can't roll with the fast pace, this place is not for you.

      Pros

      Having been a part of Fictiv's sales team, I can attest to the opportunities the company provides for professional growth. In a short span, I've ascended through various positions, which is a testament to the company's faith in recognizing and promoting talent. With the guidance I've received from both peers and leadership, I've been able to gather the skills required to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The company has definitely hired lots of great people who are willing to learn and adapt. The people are definitely what makes Fictiv a great place to work, they are passionate about the product, and are customer-obsessed. As a salesperson, this is what matters to me, and it makes my role easy as I'm fortunate to have internal advocates who support me in ensuring the best delivery to our customers.

      Cons

      It's a startup, so there's definitely a lot of change and it happens quickly, you need to be fast paced, and I'd love to see more diversity within the sales team.

In regard to your comment about change, you are right that change is constant around here and Fictiv is a fast paced environment. If something is not working we fix it. We are not afraid to try new things and fail. We celebrate the learnings that we receive when failures happen. We know that change can be stressful for some which is why we recently invested in hiring an experienced Change Management Director. In addition, our People Operations team and Chief of Staff are constantly focused on improving communications and transparency when it comes to changes throughout the organization. We take pride in our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion, and I would love to continue the conversation with you. This is an area that we can always do better in.       Pros

      This is a company that stands behind their work and employees. The C level team and management really care about you. They are always eager to help and and make themselves available to you when you need them. Compensation is very generous and well thought out. Communication is very thorough and transparent in weekly meetings. If you are going to be in this industry this is the place to be.
