Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. Commission letters containing goals for our sales teams were distributed in January for the 2023 year. We have not changed these terms unless one of our team members has had a role change. If this is untrue for your situation, please reach out to me so that I can investigate this further. Fictiv does subscribe to an agile and experimental mindset, so while the goals have stayed intact, the priorities and ways we achieve these goals may change to meet the needs of our customers and ever-changing market landscape. At Fictiv we have worked hard to build a safe culture based on compassion (one of our core behaviors), transparency and trust. It is disheartening to hear that this has not been your experience. I ask that you please reach out to me directly if you feel that you were ever treated poorly by any member of the Fictiv team. Unprofessional conduct of any nature that is witnessed, shared, or reported is taken very seriously and investigated by our trained PeopleOps professionals. We have several different systems that we use to collect constant employee feedback from our Fictors, including anonymous employee engagement surveys in some of our regions.
