      Great Company (Watch for Burnout).

      Pros

      Great company. Valuable transparency so you really feel like you're part of something interesting and meaningful. Smart talented people who are totally dedicated and hardworking.

      Cons

      Rapid pace might lead to burn out quickly. Not sure what the solution is. Taking time off isn't always possible to rest and recharge as usually there's a huge pile of tasks on return. Work-life balance is pretty good, but again, burnout is the key issue.

      Pros

      I really like that the founders give an overview of how the company is doing each Monday. The look at the bigger picture is great, and isn't something I've seen other employers do. The transparency is appreciated.

      Cons

      Some meetings are scheduled at times that are convenient for California workers, which means that occasionally people in other time zones have to work after hours
