We are proud of our culture and strive to provide the best environment where Fictors can do their best work, be proud of that work, and be the best version of themselves. We believe that if we put our Fictors first the score will take care of itself.
As for your constructive feedback around no set system for annual raises, this is an initiative that our People Operations team has been investing in and improving over the past couple years. Last month we launched our new formalized Annual Global Performance Review Program which is inclusive of an Annual Compensation Review. We understand how important this process is to our Fictors and will continue to do better so that we create the best possible experience.
