Thank you for sharing . I'm glad that you enjoyed the remote first culture that we are constantly investing in and the people. Culture has been our top priority and we are extremely proud of it. We have believed that if we can get that right most other issues can be solved.
When it comes to compensation, our People Operations team is constantly analyzing market data so that our Fictors are compensated fairly. Our Fictors work hard and it is important to us that our total rewards package is competitive.
In regards to your comment about lack of communication when it comes to strategy, this is an area we feel that we have made major improvements in. Every Monday morning we have our "Monday Morning All Hands" where we update the teams on business goals /share learnings and every quarter we have global Town Halls meetings dedicated to strategy updates. We have also published our 5 year chapter strategy in our company operating manual which all Fictors have access to on our Fictranet.
