      Lots of Potential

      Pros

      Company has a lot of potential to be a game changer in the industry. Good perks like lunch, dogs allowed, coffee allowance are great. The people are amazing and truly great people to work with. Company has scaled fast and had a very strong past couple years.

      Cons

      Seen a lot of Senior leadership and founding members leave recently due to amount of pivoting the company has done. One day they want to be a software company, and another day want to be a contract manufacturer. Stick the course of what you are good at, and the leaders who know what they are doing and know more, will help you succeed.

      - Passionate peers, some of the smartest people Ive ever worked with - The office environment is energetic, people are caring, pet friendly - Leadership is committed to driving values - Culture of working hard, and recognizing people for their contributions - Founders truly care about the mission and the people - its not only about achieving the goals, but also about how we get there - Fun environment - Daily lunches, cool office space, open floor plan, CEO sits with everyone and is very approachable

      -Going through growth pains - grew very quickly last year so we are experiencing some of the natural growing pains

      Pros

      - The office is beautiful, and the lunches are delicious. The overall vibe makes coming to work an enjoyable experience. - The people are very friendly; there's solid camaraderie within and between departments. Nobody is above anybody else. - The work is fascinating. This is a company that works with the most cutting edge companies in the world to help them create cool stuff. Who wouldn't want to work at a place like that?

      Cons

      - Like any other start up, there are many growing pains. Manufacturing is an incredibly complex industry, and unlike some of their competitors, Fictiv is really shooting for the stars in terms of building out a wide variety of capabilities. So yeah, there are some annoyances you need to deal with. But at the same time, it's clear that there's a destination in mind, and gradual improvements are being made every day to get us there. - It's manufacturing, so you can't expect much in this area. However, there's not a whole lot of diversity. Loooot of white guys.
