Fictiv reviews

-They overpay for bad talent

(nobody paid me or asked me to write this review). It is really upsetting to see negative reviews on Glassdoor for Fictiv. I have been at this company for a while (a little less than 4 years) and have been enjoying every second of it. Culture at Fictiv rocks. You have the chance of working with the smartest, and at the same time, the most humble people. Your coworkers don't hesitate to help you if you have any problem. The management is very understanding and they respect your needs, personal life and the work-life balance. The company's mission and vision is very clear and we have world class executives that are taking the company to the right direction. Unfortunately, the people that enjoy the company (which is the large majority of the employees) don't spend time writing positive reviews; and as a result, you see many negative opinions that do not reflect how people feel at the company. If you are considering working at Fictiv, just know that the negative Glassdoor reviews are not how people feel here. I have recommended Fictiv to many people and some are currently working here. Also, worth pointing out that all of the above was written by a person of color ( and I never understood reviews that talked about how difficult it is to work at Fictiv as a person of color! Racism has absolutely no place at Fictiv)
