Pros

Good health benefits and great 401k match. Salary isn’t bad. Also they seem to value health and the appearance of caring about employees.

Cons

Always laying off/firing to cut costs. Do not value loyalty at all. The value employee health but only for the tax deduction. I don’t feel like they care about employees.

Pros

Great overall compensation and perks like subsidized healthy lunches.

Cons

Periodic cost-cutting methods include layoffs of more senior, more highly compensated employees. This was referred to as a "youth movement."
