Dynamic working policy has been adjusted to two weeks in-person starting in September 2024. You do not pick when you go to the office, you are told the weeks and have no ability to change that. If you live far away from the office, I’d suggest rethinking this role. Management is only concerned with getting use out of our office buildings and not actually listening to the associates. Base Salary: While the bonuses and profit-sharing are beneficial, the base salary is low. I mean, not THAT low but low. It's essential for the base pay to also be competitive to not only attract but retain talent.
