Pros
- Great insurance - 9-5's are typical - Good views
Cons
- No upward mobility in the company - Repeat: __No__ upward mobility in the company - Salary is extremely below competitive standards - Salary freezes are common (2 in the past 3 years) - Salaries are disproportionately distributed - Everybody gets the same bonus % (no reward for working harder) - Lots of red-tape / bureaucracy - Many scrape by doing the bare minimum - Half the company works in a proprietary language and/or TCL - No effective/useful management (all of New York only has one person that's a PMP) - Boys club mentality (if you aren't British middle-aged married man, you'll hit a glass ceiling) - Lots of pride / ego (middle management exist for no apparent reason) - Divisions work actively against each other - Reviews are regarded as a chore - HR people write fake reviews on Glass Door - Requirements don't exist, anywhere, for any division - Company focuses on over-sell, under-deliver mentality - Training is ineffective
