Pros
Great coworkers and company is flexible. Allowed employees to work-from-home post pandemic.
Cons
Upper-level management hardly ever communicates with staff unless you are a field worker or at the top of the totem pole. Virtually no company recognition and raises are once a year, typically below 3 percent regardless of stellar work performance reviews. There is really nothing offered to incentive employees.
