Horrible management Massive company wide programs pushed down our throats with little to no guidance Never ending work, management expects 40 hour weeks during off season, then 84 during peak season. Massive turnover as we are salary and are driven into the ground Senior leadership has refused to follow HR’d suggestions after listening to NAM team Zero communication from senior leadership on company direction Don’t care about our end customer, they only thing they care about is GE, yet GE as a company has failed and still haven’t learned their lesson from past mistakes

They have taken a well run GE Company and turned it into a company that treats their staff like garbage. They have taken away all perks. They have removed some of the hardest working people. They have destroyed moral, customer relations and caused long-term staff to go elsewhere. We are no longer human beings, we are expected to be machines, while team leaders sit at their desks playing games on their computers. I'm not sure why GE continues to lend their name to such a horrible company.
