Pros
Barely any, some good guys and pay.
Cons
Mismanaged : unnecessary pressure many unqualified employees from Alstom merge. Safety, Quality, Schedule etc yes 100% safety is paramount but falls to schedule as the 'silent' pusher and more importance, to which 'if' they could think & communicate planning projects aswell as office to site in order to improve the company would still be behind. Cash Machine for a board would better describe GE/ Field core company.
