If you're looking for a job in Sourcing, stay away from Fifth Third

The pay is decent as long as you're there

Cons

Unethical leadership, inept HR and Employee relations. If you're from the company where the Chief Sourcing Officer used to work, you're in. If not, you're out. If you don't give him a stellar review on the employee survey, you're probably out too.

Cons

They don't value their employees like they say they do.. they say they hire within but honestly they would rather hire outside employees before posting the job for internal employees.
