      Pros

      I loved the location on Fountain Square downtown Cincinnati. It was close enough to my house to commute to easily.

      Cons

      Now that I've been at other companies recently I can see what a dump it was. They are stingy. Don't expect a nice, clean, contemporary office or desk. They don't pay for parking. I can also see now how they rarely upgraded their equipment or software. We ran on the oldest software available. UPGRADE!

      -Good benefits -Good 401k match -Team members I work with were all nice, conscientious, and cared for one another

      Cons

      Regarding working in corporate in Cincinnati: if you did not go to the right high school and/or one of 5/3's 7 chosen colleges, you will have a difficult time moving up. This type of nepotism is rampant.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work live balance that was available to me as an employee. With the position I held, I was able to modify my schedule so that I could deliver the best service to co-workers.

      Cons

      My position was eliminated due to down-sizing. The process was handled very poorly. I was a stellar employee; however, I was treated as though I had dome something wrong. The decision-making of the job reductions did not make any sense. The company chose to eliminate top performers, as well as, low performers.
