Pros

The company really takes care of you. They are constantly making sure things are running smoothly and asking for employee input on how to make things even better.

Cons

Can't say I faced any real negatives while working at this job the whole year I was employed.

Pros

There are many great employees doing really great work, but often inspite of management, rather than because of it. Teams function best when given clear objectives and the freedom and guidance to achieve them.

Cons

Fostering a highly-competitive climbing of the ladder skews the effort away from meaningful objectives towards self promotion. Most efforts go unappreciated in any real sense.

Pros

Good product set overall, decent relationship managers that seek out business, they seem to be investing in the business as well.

Cons

Fifth Third's management at the affiliate level, at least where I was, were pathetic. They were much more interested in who was wearing their pin and showing up each day at 7:30am than who was bringing in revenue and results. Senior Management survived by managing up and staying in a cocoon like management structure at the local level.
