Pros

Excellent Benefits and Fair Pay

Cons

Management - both branch level and upper. It's all about sales and not necessarily what is best for the customers but what is best for the branch production numbers. Accounts are opened that are not needed and customers are deceived with sales. Upper management is the only one who benefits from the sales of his customer service reps and in return bogus awards programs are never fully followed through with promises to employees. Fifth Third is not about how well you excel at your job, success only comes to those who are allowed to be intimidated by upper management.

Pros

The profit sharing and 401k are positives.

Cons

I have been with this company for one month and I am looking for another position. Fifth Third does not have a positive environment. This bank does not care about the customer, only sales!
