Pros

-Co Workers -Benefits -Hometown feel of a large bank

Cons

-Constantly claiming the customer experience is the number one priority, yet focusing strictly on sales and cross sell -Unable to attribute success or failures depending on markets -Goal standards that are beyond reachable -Technology is an absolute joke, most programs still rely on DOS -If you work in retail your opportunity for advancement is very limited -poor hours including weekend create almost impossible post graduate education

Pros

Talented and smart individuals. Nice support staff. Reputable in the Cincinnati area. Not a bad place to get some experience but not a long term fit for the talented business school grad.

Cons

Rate of pay, Hours, Rigid environment, Old school mentality of senior management, way too many people willing to "play the game" rather than attempting to grow a pair and put forth in their own way.
