It was easy enough to get hired. The test wasn't all that bad.

Cons

So far there are no paying jobs. It tells you to answer test questions but I can't find them. There have been no answers to my questions.

The team is the best part of Figure Eight, and live up to the company's values, especially "grit" and "honesty." The engineering team is one of the most friendly teams I've ever worked with.

Cons

Significant changes within one year, under-resourced.
