Low to no standards. They'll take anyone. Lots of extra benefits.

Cons

No structure and entrenched beauracracy. Bitter legacy employees who have seen a lot of turnover in management.

Pros

Creative people with a passion for what they are doing. Breakfast food and unhealthy snacks abound. Beverages galore. Big office with lots of space.

Cons

Too many people who don't work hard or do the bare minimum. No structure or chance for career development. An events person earns more than most of the employees. Sales process consistently lies to clients. Employees told embellish results to maintain clients. 24 hour job, always something needed to be done.

- Exciting company that works with nearly every vertical to deliver high-quality training data for new Machine Learning Initiatives. - Great benefits (health insurance, unlimited vacation, free lunch, kitchen, events) - Talented, driven colleagues - Friendly office environment - Lots of cute dogs to play with - Transparent management

Cons

- The area surrounding the office can be a bit off-putting with instances of feces/needles in the street but if you want to be in downtown San Francisco, this is sadly the norm and being 2 blocks from Powell bart is somewhat worth it.
