Catered meals is the only good part. The office space is very cheap and is right on 17th and Mission

Cons

Very high turnover. Difficult to communicate with CEO. CEO is never satisfied.

Pros

Extensive training modules and certifications on the AI and ML space. You will become very well versed on the industry and will definitely expand your horizons for future work. You will be impressed by the genius of some of your coworkers, especially the Machine Learning team. Free food, kitchen stocked weekly with myriad of chilled beverages. Unlimited PTO - people come and go as they please without any worry about how their job will be handled while they are away on holiday.

Cons

This is an SDR organization, that's focused on a land and expand model. Collecting monies upfront is more important than protecting the value of the platform. Leadership structure is very weak, the story is great and inspiring and the future outlook is very rosey. However, the management structure (specifically in sales) lacks the vision and expertise to execute on lofty sales targets. Sales are project based and transactional in practice. Upper management (VP’s) are very green and lack the experience to hold the position they hold.

Pros

Huge potential as a sales executive to bring in contracts and grow the account. Very relaxed atmosphere in a growing company still finding its footing. Upward mobility is high with hard work.

Cons

Leadership remains unclear of the path forward. Product is lacking in a very competitive market. Imbalance of leads and accounts. Constant change makes success more random rather than guaranteed with hard work.
