I just hit my one year anniversary with Figure and am still finding so much to love about it. The work is incredibly interesting. Colleagues are collaborative, smart and fun. The CEO and exec team are clear with goals, approachable, and hands-on without being micro managers. We’re all rowing in the same direction and it’s not political. Love that the company covers all of our healthcare, dental and vision and there isn’t an employee contribution—that’s huge!! I’ve worked for several startups and this is definitely my favorite one.

Cons

Given how profitable we are, I’d love to see more emphasis on comp and additional benefits like a 401k match. Our teams can be quite lean.
