My teammates are by far my favorite part about working at Figure. They are kind, generous with their knowledge, and supportive. With small teams, there is real ownership over your work, and it is easy to see the impact your work has. This type of environment really pushes you to grow and step outside your comfort zone. I value the open line of communication with leadership. Feedback is welcomed, and I feel heard. Benefits are strong, especially the medical coverage and the ability to work remotely.
Cons
Figure can be a great place to work if you’re adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. If you’re coming from a more mature company or work best with structure and stability, the transition can be challenging. Small teams mean high expectations. You need to be proactive, work independently, and consistently produce high-quality work. Additionally, the company is still maturing. Priorities shift, org structure changes, and processes are still being shaped.
