      Disorganized and hardly communicative, feels like we’re baby sat.

      Pros

      - coworkers are great! - snacks are good - insurance is paid for or affordable if you want a better plan - hybrid

      Cons

      - No 401(k) match - Same starting pay since 2019, little pay increase - WFH eligibility and schedule preference is based on performance - Constant change in KPIs that aren’t communicated before hand - Reactive not proactive - The OMs say they’re transferring our feedback along but I’m not sure if it’s true - No parking - Not enough PTO or sick time

      - Amazing benefits (100% paid health insurance premium for employee + dependents) - Employee appreciation (often times, we receive swag, meals, giftcards. We feel appreciated!) - Open door policy (leaders are approachable!) - Diversity - Growth opportunities

      Cons

      - Sometimes stressful - Sometimes challenging - Sometimes disorganized - Sometimes reactive instead of proactive ^^ All to be expected in any places of employment.
