Pros

Working at Figure has been an amazing experience. The amount I have learned working at a relatively new company and seeing it grow, things being added and improved upon, and the all-around culture of a newer company. If you are willing to work hard and stand out, growth here is exponential as it is still new and there are new positions being created, or more established positions expanding.

Cons

The only cons I can think of aren't really cons. As with any new company, there will be lots of change and growth. While I find this exciting, some have found the changes difficult to keep up with.
