      Great community and culture. Can learn a lot with little experience and it is easy to get a jump start in a new industry

      Cons

      Managers and leaders do not respect individuals at the bottom. The fast-paced environment causes a lot of burnout

      Great compensation comprising of a high base salary, generous performance bonuses, and equity. Company is working on exciting things.

      Cons

      For a large company of 500+ employees, it operates more like a 15-person startup. Nobody quite knows what's going on, politics are a constant concern, and job security is shaky. I would advise paying attention during the interview process to catch any signs of instability within the team you're applying for, as it varies greatly.
