      Depending on department, pay is good.

      Cons

      Figure is the type of company that you should be cautious of. If you want to take a somewhat-good-paying job and can maintain your boundaries, then take it for what it is. Do not feel any sort of commitment to the company because you will not be treated with any respect or transparency. Unfortunately, even with the tick boxes of anonymous feedback (I would still be cautious here), there are horrible practices in place and even when being called out for practices that violate the equal employment opportunity commission's laws, it was swept under the rug and ignored because senior management wanted to check a box. Many of these issues spur from senior leadership and founders who are not going anywhere. So like I said, if you want to take it for what it is, absolutely do, just be cautious.

      Awesome place to gain knowledge/experiance from working with talented engineers across the country! Wonderful culture to work in and very fair compensation.

      Cons

      Quarters feel like they go too fast! Start ups can be so busy that it feels like time travel.
