      Be wary if you're a designer

      If you're a product designer considering joining, be mindful of where you want your career trajectory to go. C-suites and the head of product treat you like a production horse rather than an actual product designer, expecting you to churn things out with no resources. They spread you out thin and everyone works on multiple, large-scale products without support. There are now no managerial level product designers to also learn and grow from as they’ve now implemented that the product design team should all be an IC level. If you want to grow as a designer, this is not the place for you. 'Optional Work Fridays' are also a lie if you're working 10 hour days and there's still work to do. Everyone is always overworked.
