Pros

Great outlook bringing blockchain to traditional finance. Transparent leadership from CEO who is well connected to important market participants.

Cons

Don't really have anything here. Stay focused and try not to become too bureaucratic.

Pros

The pay (when you start) is competitive and proper for the role you take upon being hired. The teams are friendly, and some of the supervisors are qualified for their roles.

Cons

Compensation is rarely adjusted, regardless of increases in responsibilities or the capability of the employee. The company consistently sets deadlines/guidelines for procedures and fails to adhere/follow through. There is little to no transparency/communication from the top down. Decisions often blind side the employee's (CSA's). Day by day, the overwhelming feeling of expendability is constantly reinforced by the seemingly unending changes they implement with no concern as to how it affects their workforce. Very few individuals within this company are qualified for their roles and it's evident, Most individuals in management are either uninformed or unwilling to openly communicate. The company boasts ideals of selecting the right individual for the right role regardless of seniority, however, that is just another self imposed policy they fail to adhere to. Internal growth is "promoted" at first glance, however, the company makes it evident they want to keep you in the role you start in if at all possible. Leadership allows approximately 10 minutes per month to hear feedback/answer questions from the team at large. Often times, those 10 minutes are cut short and questions are left unanswered.

Pros

Good team of CSA's they have assembled.

Cons

- Poor communication from the top to the bottom. Supervisors do not find anything out until a few moments before they themselves have to share information. - Employees have very little say in the changes that happen at work - Do not care to train or coach you on errors made, much more likely to let you go before helping you. - They have a tendency to make changes that negatively impact employees on the CSA level and do not care to offer solutions to concerns that are brought up by employees until several months down the road if at all. These issues include but are not limited to: increased compensation, diversity concerns, and hybrid policies. - They brand themselves as inclusive and diverse but there is a large discrepancy in their management hires. over 75% of acting management are white while POC CSA's make up over 50% of the workforce in lending
