      Pros

      I've worked at Figure for 1 year, and I am so grateful I was hired. This culture is so positive, caring, and so many people have gone out of their way to help me. The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. The managers have so many conversations with you about what motivates you to help you achieve your goals. As soon as COVID-19 was getting serious, Figure implemented a mandatory work-from-home policy. Our healthy and safety came first, and I felt so lucky our company had the opportunity to make that decision. Since the WFH policy, our CEO, COO, and SVP of HR have been INCREDIBLE with transparency, being here for us and communicating to us more than I've ever seen. I feel valued, heard, and my work means something at Figure.

      Cons

      In terms of benefits, we have unlimited PTO, and we are encouraged to take it. However, there is currently no matching for 401k and only one option for life insurance.

      Pros

      Figure is a fast moving fintech start up. The company has done their best to adapt to the covid pandemic and remote employees have benefitted with a $1,000 home office reimbursement. Efforts are being made to increase communication across the organization through Slack apps. Most importantly Figure is creating innovative products on blockchain that will disrupt several areas within the financial industry. Figure isn't putting all its eggs in one basket which is very exciting and creating a lot of opportunities.

      Cons

      Figure is a fast moving fintech. The environment isn't for those that like a ton of structure. If you however like an agile environment with opportunity to have an impact, high degree of transparency, with smart driven colleagues Figure is a great place to work.

      Pros

      The technology we are building at Figure is cutting edge and is reinventing our industry. The learning curve as a developer is a blast! However, the people here are what make Figure the top employer of my career.

      Cons

      If tackling a steep learning curve and building features fast is not your gig, Figure might not be your cup of joe.
