      Pros

      The management team has been very thoughtful in building a foundation for Figure to be the primary blockchain for financial services. The team has ambitious goals which cause the employees to stretch while maintaining a culture of respect and professionalism. As the company is growing there is plenty of opportunity for you to rise to the occasion and drive your own career. I have only been with the company for 5 months but have already seen internal promotions demonstrating the company's commitment to recognize your efforts. The culture has been fantastic in the office. Everyone gets along and is stitched together to achieve company goals. Everyone knows their role and how their wins contribute to the success of the overall company. It is great to work in a place where everyone has sense of the forward progress and their jobs matter.
