Figure is a tech startup with under 200 employees. The company is extremely modern, fast paced, and fun environment. If you are looking for a chance to grow with a company, I highly recommend this job. They are growing exponentially with new several new products coming out this year!

Figure is an exciting workplace filled with innovative hardworking people. We have big goals but even bigger drive to accomplish them. We are growing rapidly which is both exciting and challenging. Leadership at Figure is very transparent, which is so important in a start-up. The company is focused on financial education which is beneficial to customers and employees. What I enjoy most is getting to help build something so new and groundbreaking. Great medical, vision, and dental plans. Quarterly bonus
