Great company to work for, unfortunately mismanaged

Pros

Start at 10am, kitchen full of food, Friday lunches and beer Friday, unlimited holiday (sort of as your manager needs to approve it).

Cons

The office is clicky and it feels a bit like working in high school.

Pros

Very flexible work schedule with a good vacation policy. Social lunches and gatherings. Great office location.

Cons

A lot of turnover and instability in the company due to rapid growth. Company changing focus often which does not help to boost moral.
