Pros

Best in class banking clients and colleagues. Outstanding engagement and hands on deal but that's it! They are trying to make you feel part of the company with the cute internal social events and bs we all take as a positive outcome ha!

Cons

Typical greedy and egocentric CEO, chaotic deadlines and insane requests are coming from numerous directions. Work life balance is non existing; clients are not happy with current deals making them sign eternal agreements.
