Pros

Flat-ish hierarchy allows for a lot of exposure to different job functions around the organization.

Cons

Business is run by a finance bro that acts like a consultant rather than a CEO. Lack of structure/accountability which has lead to minimal supervision on processes and a lot of errors have been made. Managers seem to find pleasure in making junior staff work overnight on the weekends for fake non-client facing fire alarms.
