Pros

The benefits are decent, especially the generous PTO policy.

Cons

The longer I work here, the worse it gets. This used to be a good place to work. Constant rounds of mass layoffs now keep employees looking over the shoulder at all times wondering when their time will come. Management has no idea how to do anything but bluster, and nothing ever gets any better. People with all of the actual product knowledge and the extremely valuable long-term client relationships are the ones who are constantly getting let go, while incompetent management runs in circles wondering why things aren't going well. These positions are all being replaced either with cheap overseas labor or with 3rd party vendors, neither of which have any investment in the long term success of the company or it's customers. Customers have picked up on all of this, and are leaving in droves. Employees should too.
