      Job seekers beware. Leadership wants to climb and claw their way to the top - employees and people don't matter matter.

      Pros

      If you want to work for a different company every other year, this is the place to do it. Bonuses exist but they are a joke unless your senior leadership cashing out.

      Cons

      Where to start first. . . Leadership at this point is either drinking the hypothetical cool-aid or simply trying to save their own job after the steamroller came in and minted D+H and Misys as Finastra.

      Top-heavy co overstaffed with useless managers holding fake job titles

      Not bad for those at the top who get to shamelessly reinvent themselves every 6 months as a "Global Leader", "Head", "Group Leader", "Global Head", "Head of Global", "Group Head", "Group Head of Global!!!", and for those going old school, "Chief", "VP", "SVP", "Director" of "THE AMERICAS" and the entire universe!!

      Two-faced CEO claimed reorg will reduce redundancy and layers of management. He's full of it. Fat waste and redundancy and cronyism at the top has fast grown out of control. Layers upon layers of management are here add nothing of value all here to suck Finastra dry. His slashing and burning in reality was targeted at the front lines and the real workers.
