      - management is very very short sighted - No processes in place and any one suggesting anything is labelled as "wasting time " -Absolutely no direction and no knowledge -Worst company to work for - Bunch of people put together

      Pros

      Great people, great culture, and very competitive pay and perks. The Manila site is particularly world class, with lots of initiatives.

      Cons

      Fast work environment which sometimes adversely affects work-life balance. Hopefully, the integration with D&H will soon be completed, so there's clarity on functional goals and expectations.

      Pros

      C-level management makes effort to improve things and to create new innovative products. Nice programmes like Growing/Managing/Leading@Finastra.

      Cons

      Company getting bigger means more layers of management. We don't realize the impact we have on the company. There is a program for innovation coming from employees, but it doesn't go far enough. High level of attrition. Working on old products is challenging. Waits people to resign before proposing decent increase of salary.
