Pros

Competitive benefits. Provises watwr, coffee and tea.

Cons

The imperative is to save with development in India. Supposedly AGILE, but poorly implemented. Priority is earnings before Taxes. Employees are distant 3rd. Invisible leadership. Poor product integration

Pros

Some good people retained who want to build a great company. Good source of experience for employees new to the workforce. Positioned well for success if leadership can bring the two companies together.

Cons

Continual churn of acquisitions and reorganizations. Misys and D+H not culturally aligned. D+H operationally ahead of Misys, but Misys is the leader in the merger. Strong push to offshore employees creates an atmosphere of fear. A global organization sounds good, but operating in multiple time zones is incredibly difficult.
