Great coworkers, great boss, great product

Cons

When Finastra took over last year, they gutted staffing with no plan for replacement. Now they are in violation of federal audit rules, with no evident plan to fix the problem.

None - profit is put before employees. Jobs are being offshored, and the people who are still left know their time is limited. Uncertainty does not make for good, productive employees.

Cons

Too many to count. Poor Management leadership, lack of communication, poor direction.

There are no pros, they are way behind the curve on research and development.

Cons

Co-workers constantly laid off. This company has been headed downhill ever since D+H bought Harland Financial Solutions. It has become an even bigger mess now that Finastra has come in and laid off most everyone who was left after the D+H layoffs took place.
