Hybrid Schedule. Benefits. PTO. Compensation. Office.

Cons

Management pretends to care about employees but all they care about is the number of phone calls you can make in a day. Quantity over quality for sure. Blatantly ignoring employees that "fake" their way through hitting their KPIs, as long as it looks good on a spreadsheet they are happy.

Pros

Hybrid work from home style. Ability to control how much you earn.

Cons

No career trajectory. Don't value loyalty in the slightest,. Change commission structure every year so you make less and less. Unwilling to take ownership for their part in the demise of the company and want all the little people to make up for their poor investment. Let go of tenured people without any plan of how to move forward. Departments do not communicate to each other. Withhold your earnings over things that are the fault of another department. This place is an absolute mess.
