Pros

Unlimited FTO, Bank Holidays off, Flex hybrid working, no micro management

Cons

Again, the culture could be better (It’s common that people will ignore your emails and not respond to you). Inefficient collaboration between primary business units and service teams. Poor leadership team

Pros

unlimited PTO diversity + inclusion seem to be in action immediate 401k match average benefit package, no frills ELT is candid and available and meet with full team frequently

Cons

Sales compensation changes yearly and out of line with market standards and plans themselves are confusing. Lots of legacy staff turnover Senior Sales leaders lead by fear instead of building trust with teams and colleagues
