There is real enthusiasm at Finastra, and a lot of talented people who have a real passion for collaboration

Cons

The direction of the products can seem variable with ideas not coming to full fruition for reasons that are not obvious. market conditions are not easy but senior management can come across as removed from the discomfort this can cause to employees
