Pros

Remote first, open and diverse rhetoric (tbd on actions), very smart people.

Cons

Lack of strategic alignment from product and business. Lack of formal leadership training for managers of managers. Lots of tenured employee turnover and very challenging product set without formal training to ensure comprehension across business. Confusing compensation plans.

Pros

Excellent Culture. The company is very progressive. Leadership is transparent and willing to work with you to succeed. Open working. Unlimited PTO. You are free to do your job.

Cons

Base salary Is low for solution sales. 20k more annually would make this a five star role. There are delays in territory role out at the beginning of the fiscal year which can impact compensation. Perhaps an optional recoverable draw in Q1 would resolve that issue. Growing pains but that's expected when a company is performing well in its space.
